The Plaza 3x3 CaixaBank arrives this Saturday October 27 in Murcia, in whose emblematic Plaza Cardenal Belluga, the Plaza de la Catedral, the eighth stop of the 2018 circuit will be held. 98 teams and almost 400 registered players and players will be the main protagonists of a the day will start at 10:00 and will have the special presence of Fernando Romay as Ambassador FEB.
The emblematic Plaza Cardenal Belluga of Murcia will be the scene this Saturday October 27 of the eighth stop of the Plaza 3x3 CaixaBank 2018 circuit. The event, organized by the FEB together with the FBRM (Basketball Federation of the Region of Murcia) and support of the City of Murcia, will begin at 10:00 and will run until approximately 17:00.
For the day, 99 teams and almost 400 players and players have registered, who will participate in the competitions in each of the male and female categories - and also in the competitions that will be entrusted to boost the legendary former international player Fernando Romay.
In the Plaza 3x3 CaixaBank in Murcia will also be assisted by a team of about 20 Volunteers FEB-CaixaBank volunteer program.
The Plaza 3x3 CaixaBank 2018 circuit has already visited the cities of Córdoba, Logroño, Albacete, Pamplona, ​​Valencia, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Cáceres, in which there were days of great participation and influx of visitors.
The last stop of the year will be next Sunday, November 18 in Almería.
In Murcia, the competition will count once again as the main references with the CaixaBank Track, in which the male finals will be played, and the Women's Universe Track, a project led by the FEB and the Sports Council for the promotion and dissemination of paper of women in society through the values ​​transmitted by athletes, to which CaixaBank has adhered.
Throughout the day of the Plaza 3x3 CaixaBank not only there will be competition but also recreational activities to ensure the fun of participants, family and visitors, especially the smallest, and the presence of the FEB ambassador Fernando Romay, who in addition to entertain the contests will attend as always personally to all visitors.
Registration to participate in the Plaza 3x3 CaixaBank circuit is free and open to all ages and categories, from pre-mini to senior, both male and female.
7 years of circuit
The 2018 is the seventh edition of this circuit, which the FEB began to organize in 2012 as a promotion of basketball and the values ​​it transmits through the 3x3 modality.
Since its first edition, it has been supported by CaixaBank, a sponsoring partner of the FEB, which now gives it its name.
In all of them, and also in this year, the FEB has had the collaboration of local and regional institutions, as well as the Autonomous Federations.
The 2017 edition of the Plaza 3x3 CaixaBank, which visited Santander, Logroño, Pamplona, ​​Segovia, Jerez de la Frontera, Cáceres, Alcázar de San Juan, Murcia, Alcalá de Henares and Tenerife, brought together more than 7,000 players from all ages and 40,000 visitors.
Since its first edition, the Plaza 3x3 CaixaBank circuit has attracted more than 32,000 players of all ages and received more than 150,000 visitors.
