The University of Murcia inaugurates on Tuesday, October 23, the exhibition `Fragments of Memory 'by Paz Vicente, which will take place in the ES / UM space of the Campus de la Merced, at 8:00 p.m.
Paz Vicente is an artist who, for years, has dedicated her research to the rediscovery of the eternal value of the feminine.
The dimension that their photographic works give off is not only the one of the resilience, but also the will to react to the adversity and to a state of things that is still loaded of prejudices, in a context anchored in already obsolete stereotypes.
The internal force expressed in his works consists of giving voice to silence because "for too long women have remained silent," says Alessandra Scappini, curator of the exhibition.
The sample can be visited until November 16 from Monday to Friday, from 11 to 14 and from 18 to 21 hours.
