The University of Murcia hosts this Thursday, October 18, the opening of the IX meeting of the Support Services Network for People with Disabilities at the University (SAPDU Network).

The event will take place in the auditorium of the University Social Center, at 9 am, and will be attended, among others, by Fernando López Miras, president of the CARM;

José Luján Alcaraz, rector of the UMU;

and Julio Contreras Rodríguez, executive secretary of CRUE in Student Affairs.

This meeting, which will take place on October 18 and 19, is the consequence of the uninterrupted work developed by this network for more than two decades, with different lines of work and a permanent motivation for equal opportunities in higher education.

`Sharing resources, joining roads' is the motto chosen by the University of Murcia for this edition;

a motto that summarizes the interest to systematize, unify and improve working procedures with people with disabilities in universities.
