The Plenary Hall of the Chamber of Commerce of Murcia will host tomorrow Friday, at 11 am, the X Dialogue RSHIDROGEA with the conference 'Management of Capacity and Talent.
The Dulcesol case 'given by Rafael Juan, CEO of Dulcesol.
This event is organized by HIDROGEA and the International Chair of CSR of the UCAM and has the collaboration of the Chamber of Commerce of Murcia, AENOR and Logic Ecommerce.
Miguel López, president of the Chamber of Commerce, will speak at the inauguration;
Inmaculada Serrano, director of Hidrogea;
José Luis Mendoza García, Director of Institutional Relations of the UCAM;
and Víctor Meseguer, director of the Chair.
The speaker will be presented by Rosa Hernández and during the ceremony will be presented the training program of the International Chair of CSR of the UCAM and the Observatory of Social Innovation.
With this meeting, which will be attended by representatives of the allied companies of the Chair and students of the Master's Degree in Management of Labor Relations, CSR and People Management of the UCAM, the second season of the dialogues Hidrogea will begin, for which it is foreseen that pass the most reputable economic and social political leaders of our country.
Curriculum of the rapporteur
Rafael Juan was born in Villalonga in 1959. Graduated in Chemical Sciences by the UV in 1983, he completes his training studying in General Management Programs at EOI, IESE and Instituto San Telmo.
He has directed different departments of the Dulcesol Group and since 2007 he is the Chief Executive Officer.
He belongs to various Councils and Committees: CEV, FAES (Fed. Assoc. Empresarios Safor, being president from 2010 to 2018), APD, ASEMAC, FEDACOVA, Consell Valencià de Innovació, Fundació Palau de les Arts, UPV Social Council and participates in UPV and UV chairs.
