On the occasion of the celebration of World Day of the Elderly in the Region of Murcia, next October 1 will be a talk on aging by Juan José Parrilla, a member of the Royal Academy of Medicine.
Is it possible to reach eternal life thanks to new technologies?
Thanks to the specialist, Dr. Parilla, will talk about the latest research on the application of technology in aging, under the title "Irreversible aging ?: Preventive and therapeutic strategies."
This day will take place in the Assembly Hall of the University Social Center, at 12:30 pm on October 1 of this year, and will be the beginning of a variety of activities focused on the commemoration of World Day of the Elderly.
Professor Parrilla is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Murcia (UMU), professor emeritus of the UMU and academic of the Royal, editor of several dozen scientific investigations with a very important impact index in journals international, among others.
Thanks to his experience and his qualification, the academic will use an informative language so that the students of baccalaureate, especially those of investigation and health, and those that attend the talk can better capture the message.
It should be noted that the day will be attended by the Director General of Universities and Research Juan Monzó Cabrera.
