The University of Murcia organizes this Friday, September 28, the round table `ODS, Agenda 2030 and University.
Curriculum Sustainability: Implications and Challenges, which will take place in the Hall of Degrees of the Faculty of Economics and Business from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
One of the strategic objectives of the University of Murcia for the coming years is to achieve significant progress in Corporate Social Responsibility policies and, particularly, the implementation of projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the promotion of 2030 Agenda.
This round table is proposed as an introductory activity to this project, whose objective is to share some experiences that are taking place in Spanish universities aimed at integrating the SDGs in the design and development of the curricular contents in the different academic degrees.
The event will be attended by Mª Josefa Bautista-Cerro Ruiz, president of the CRUE Curriculum Sustainability working group;
Jordi Segalás Coral, principal investigator of the project `Education and social innovation for sustainability '(EDINSOST) led by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia;
and Rafael Miñano Rubio, from the Center for Innovation in Technology for Human Development of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (itdUPM).
