NOW MURCIA claims that the neglect and inaction of the councils of Urbanism and Health is causing the neighbors of Sucina have to organize to clean themselves a lot that for years has become an illegal dump.

Councilor Alicia Morales criticizes "the total passivity of the Government of Ballesta before a problem that worries many sucineros, as they have transmitted continuously to Urbanism, Zoonoses due to the presence of dead animals, and Local Police".

The municipal training today has required an urgent action to the councils of Urbanism and Health to act against the accumulation of debris and animal remains "that are piled up in a central plot of Sucina", as reported by residents of the district.

"The problem has been coming for years and especially pressing in recent months," says the mayor.

"The neighborhood cleaning brigades perform a task that does not correspond to them, but also shows little effectiveness because soon after the presence of garbage of all kinds and belongings occurs again with the same or worse intensity."

In this sense, Morales notes that "the response of the municipal government should not be limited to the cleaning of this site, but must take effective measures to prevent it from becoming an illegal dump that causes significant inconvenience to neighbors."

Given the lack of response from Ballesta and its councilors, the neighbors have planned to carry out a new cleaning of the site next Monday, meeting for it in the Civic Center at 17.00.

The mayor considers "inadmissible" that the municipal government "disregards in such a flagrant way the legitimate requirements of some residents who live in the countryside of Murcia and have exactly the same rights as those who live in the center of the city
