Felipe Coello, Councilor for Sports and Health, presented this morning the first national congress of Retina in Murcia to be held on the 5th and 6th of October in the assembly hall of the Morales Meseguer University Hospital and which is organized by RETIMUR.
The congress will begin on Friday at 10 a.m. and will end on Saturday at 7 p.m. with the closing of the event.
Conferences such as 'The role of the patient and the associations of those affected in research', reflections on interventions in visual impairment, technological innovations, associative movement or genetic diagnosis in rare eye diseases.
The Retina Murcia Congress aims to become a forum for meeting patients, researchers, students and professionals of the retina, low vision and the struggle against a space for meeting, debate and updating knowledge from a multidisciplinary perspective .
Aimed at professionals in ophthalmology, optician and optometrist, social workers as well as professionals in the socio-sanitary field, it is of great interest for patients with eye diseases, their families and students.
