Under the categories of photo-artistic and photoproduct, different citizens of the Region of Murcia have participated in the VI Photo Contest that the Murcia Murcia Bike Association organizes every year on the occasion of the Bicycle Week.
The photos received were on display this Sunday, September 16 in the Avenida de la Libertad, where many Murcia and Murcia approached to vote for those who liked them most.
The Photo Contest gives the kick-off to an intense program of activities that Murcia en Bici has prepared for the XII Bike Week, to which all citizens are invited and encouraged to participate and whose program of activities can be consulted at the web of the Association.
The activities continue on Wednesday, September 19 with a Self-Managed Workshop, in which anyone can go to get their bike ready, with the help of the mechanics of Murcia en Bici.
It will be from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Huerto de Santa Eulalia.

On Thursday, September 20, Murcia en Bici proposes an afternoon of cinema with the screening of the documentary La escala humana, in which a radical change of model in cities that prioritizes people instead of cars is claimed.
After the documentary, there will be a colloquium with representatives of the cycling community and the public administration, as well as experts in architecture and sustainable urban planning.
It will be at 7:00 pm at the Regional Film Library of Murcia, with free admission until full capacity is reached.
On Friday, September 21, the Parking Day will be held.
Under this motto and understand the pedestrian as the first agent to take into account in sustainable mobility, citizens of all ages are invited to occupy the space of the car and recover it for people.
