38 projects presented to the I Awards 'City, Creativity, Culture and Entrepreneurship' (14/09/2018)

The Governing Board has approved the award of the prizes 'City, Creativity, Culture and Entrepreneurship', to which a total of 38 projects were presented, and the special accésit to the best presentation video of the XXVI Business Projects Competition.

Thus, the winner of the first prizes 'City, Creativity, Culture and Entrepreneurship' has been La Mirateca SL with the Ziudad project, the first map built by citizens as a device for opening and meeting between groups and technicians to be used dynamically in the Carmen neighborhood.

It is a digital automation tool in geolocalized format where the user can find and add aspects of the urban plot existing in the public and private space.

The second prize went to Jesús Nieto, with Ronem Ram, an unpublished project that will be developed in the next 10 months in Murcia.

This piece of scenic arts produced by Onírica Mecánica, has the support of the Reset Mar Menor project and the University of Murcia.

Finally, the third prize winner is Javier Gutiérrez with his Achodoso project, a product design studio focused mainly on furniture design in which he works with manufacturing companies to improve their products and thus be more competitive in the market, providing value and innovating in the solutions.

The total prize money amounts to 15,000 euros divided into a first prize (with 6,000 euros), a second (of 5,000 euros) and a third (of 3,000 euros).

The aim of these awards is to help and motivate Murcian entrepreneurs from the Cultural and Creative Companies sector, to favor the creation and consolidation of companies in these sectors, encouraging participation channels and the interrelation between them and helping them to achieve greater visibility .

On the other hand, the Governing Board has approved the award of the Special Accésit Award for the best Presentation Video of the XXVI Business Projects Contest to the Faberin project, a digital platform that connects designers with artisans, to manufacture on demand furniture and original decoration objects , unique and authentic, has won the first edition of this award being awarded 1,500 euros

The aim of the XXVI Business Projects Contest is to help and motivate Murcian entrepreneurs in a search for business opportunities and ideas that favor the creation of businesses and reactivate the economy and employment.
