The Cs member in San Antolín accuses the president of the District of not worrying about the welfare of the neighborhood and turning her back on the neighbors (13/09/2018)

During the September Fair the problems of dirt, rubbish, bottles in the streets, cars parked on the sidewalks increase, while the neighbors suffer with despair the lack of measures by the local government in a neighborhood that is close to the Malecón and suffers the consequences of the holidays

The member of Ciudadanos in Centro-Oeste, Pablo García Martínez, expresses his displeasure at the passivity of the president of the District Board, María Ángeles Galindo, to confront and demand that the City Council provide a solution to the accumulation of dirt and lack of cleanliness that continue suffering the neighbors of San Antolín.

"A prolonged problem in the time that, according to the vocal of the Orange formation," increases during the September Fair, without the local government taking measures to alleviate the negative consequences of the parties in a neighborhood that is attached to the Malecón "

"During the past Sunday, San Antolin appeared full of garbage, bottle and vomit rests", denounces García Martínez, who requested last 9, via Twitter, the mayor of the PP Rebecca Perez to send the cleaning services to clean up the neighborhood, "since on Sundays they do not go to clean and San Antolin is still not included in the special cleaning plans for the holidays."

Likewise, the member of Cs has moved the discomfort of neighbors who have also endured how cars parked on the sidewalks of the neighborhood during the Fair.

"The lack of general parking that suffers this area joins the increase in visitors at parties and the lack of foresight on the part of the City Council to enable spaces for vehicles to park during these days."

Finally, García Martínez also lamented that the San Antolín DNA project, announced by the PP at the last plenary session, still does not reach the neighborhood after months of waiting.

"There has not been a single movement for the implementation of actions as necessary as the cleaning of graffiti and a crash plan to end the accumulation of garbage and dirt, or any kind of citizen consultation," he concluded. .
