The Contracting Committee, chaired by the Councilor for Finance and Contracting, Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, has proposed the award of three bike lanes in the urban area through three lots to the companies Serrano Aznar, Urdecon and Public Works and Services.
These vials destined to the circulation of bicycles will be executed in avenue Rector Loustau, Obispo Frutos and Ronda Garay;
in the surroundings of the historic center of Murcia;
and in Ronda Sur and connection to Pío Baroja Avenue.
Likewise, regarding the project to repair the façades of the Palacio de los Deportes, the Contracting Committee has requested documentation from the Trisacor company for being the one that has offered the best offer.
These works are made to eliminate cracks and moisture that affect the façade of the sports facility, thus guaranteeing the safety of the users and avoiding landslides.
For this reason, the cladding of the façade and exterior stairs will be replaced, which will also be consolidated, and the structure of pillars and slabs will be repaired.
The works will be carried out within a maximum period of six months.
