The Neighborhood Association of Vistabella denounces that robberies continue in the neighborhood (07/09/2018)

The neighborhood of the Vistabella neighborhood is alarmed by the proliferation of home burglaries, a situation that has worsened this summer.

Taking advantage of the absence of homeowners in the summer months, more than ten robberies have been recorded, creating a climate of insecurity and maximum concern in the neighborhood.

To this is added the continuous presence of "gorrillas" in the streets of the neighborhood that, although they do not pose a danger, it is an inconvenience for the neighbors, especially when many of these people drag problems of drug addiction.

In addition, from the Neighborhood Association of Vistabella has been perceived the absence of neighborhood police, a few years ago, patrolled the streets, thus increasing the sense of insecurity and concern among the neighbors.

Therefore, the Association of Neighbors has requested a meeting with the Delegate of Traffic, Security and Citizen Protection of the City of Murcia, Ms. María Dolores Sánchez Alarcón, and with the Government Delegate, Mr. Diego Conesa Alcaraz, in which the security forces and bodies and the competent institutions will be asked to take the appropriate measures to increase security in the area, avoiding inconvenience to the neighborhood and, above all, preventing thefts in homes and commercial establishments from continuing.
