Councilman Juan Vicente Larrosa criticizes the PP government team for leaving no space to park thousands of people, many of them arriving from districts, to enjoy the festivities, "which, together with the deficit of public transport, puts once again the lack of planning to give answers to citizens "

The celebration, today Friday and tomorrow Saturday, of the activity known as the Young Gardens, which organizes the Youth Service and which includes performances by DJs especially aimed at the adolescent public, has left unused since yesterday much of the parking deterrent of the Malecón, the only free one that there is near the places where the September Fair is celebrated in the capital.

The measure has caused the discomfort of those who planned to park their vehicle in that space, which can fit more than 500 cars and that accumulates a rotation of thousands of them every day.

"We understand that car parks of this type are necessary so that cars do not enter the heart of the city and collapse the center and that is part of a comprehensive mobility plan that encourages the use of public transport. a clear lack of planning on the part of the Department of Traffic, at the head of which is Lola Sanchez, because it is evident the inability to offer alternatives to citizens, both those of the capital and those of the districts, to leave their vehicles parked on their trips to the places where the Fair is held, "says Larrosa.

In addition, it extends its reproach to the services of Public Way and Celebrations that are responsibility of Jesus Pacheco.
