The Mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, together with the Councilor for Economic Promotion, Culture and European Programs, Jesús Pacheco, today presented 'A River of Cinema', one of the main novelties of the September 2018 Fair.
Tonight, for the first time, they will live their adventures from the Segura 'Los Gonnies', tomorrow Tuesday will do 'ET' and on Wednesday 5 will be screened 'Jumanji'.
It will be next to the Manterola catwalk, in a film series where attendees can enjoy these films for all audiences projected on a giant screen of 12 x 6 meters.
The films can be seen from the river itself in the 'barca-cine', that is, on board the 20 free boats that will be enabled, and from the very mouth of the river, in a large meadow of artificial turf.
The capacity for these projections, which can also be followed from the surrounding spaces -such as the Manterola walkway or the San Francisco Plane- will be about 500 people and the occupation of the boats will be done in order of arrival.
From 9:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. different tourist videos of Murcia will be screened and interrupted for the performance of the light show on the river.
At approximately 10:30 p.m., the movie will begin.
