'Made in Murcia' will dress the Plaza del Romea with fashion and design (03/09/2018)

Next Thursday, September 6, there will be a 'market' with the presence of 27 firms from the Region, which will start at 12:00 hours.

From 19:30 the music will be the protagonist with Halley's concert and at 20:30 the fashion shows will take place, with the participation of Cabotine, Ana Gabarrón, Pedro Lobo and Javier Mármol

The mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, together with the Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, Rebeca Pérez, and the Councilor for Economic Promotion, Culture and European Programs, Jesús Pacheco, presented this morning the event 'Made in Murcia: design , crafts and fashion ', which will take place next Thursday at the Plaza del Romea.

At 12:00 noon, the creative market will open with different signatures of the Region that will be able to show and offer their original and artisan proposals in the heart of Murcia.

In total, 27 firms will participate that will be located in the vicinity of the Romea Theater.

These young artists will show their proposals of clothing, accessories, footwear and decorative elements, among others.

The schedule will be from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 17:00 to 00:00.

The soundtrack to the event will be played by Dj Javi Montreal and Sra. Tarde Djs.

Starting at 7:30 pm, Halley will play live and at 20:30 the fashion shows of Cabotine, Ana Gabarrón, Pedro Lobo and Javier Mármol will begin.

"The Feria de Septiembre is another of the unique moments offered by the city of Murcia to showcase all the talent of young Murcia.

The Romea Theater will offer a fashion, design and talent show

From 20:30 hours, the Plaza del Romea will become a spectacular fashion catwalk.

It will open the Cabotine fashion shows, one of the most recognized firms both nationally and internationally, with its bridal fashion collection.

The collection that is going to be exhibited is inspired by the west coast of the Pacific.

The creations are of romantic inspiration and adventurous with folk essence.

The silk tulle becomes the main protagonist.

Gema Nicolás, creative director, has also reflected in her designs the golden age of Hollywood.

The designers Ana Gabarrón and Pedro Lobo, winners of the last edition of the contest CreaMurcia in the fashion discipline, also present their collections.

Ana Gabarrón, creator of Funny Swing, focuses on the purity tones and dynamic prints capable of imagining that everything is possible, mixing the plastic arts and fashion and Pedro Lobo, from Murcia who presented his first collection in 2007 at Mustang Fashion Week, will show "History No. 4", his latest work.

Javier Mármol will be in charge of closing the event, a young Murcian who has presented his designs at numerous events in Murcia, as well as at the Fashion Week in Seville.

His work has also been published in several prestigious journals.
