The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports is carrying out works at the Juan de la Cierva school in the hamlet of Casillas Murcia.
The actions, which began last April and have a deadline of 10 months, "consist of the expansion of six primary education classrooms and three of early childhood education," explained the general director of Educational Centers, Remedios Lajara, during your visit to the center today.
The actions have a cost of 597,498 euros.
The school currently has three buildings, one for Children, another for Primary and a third where the dining room and gym are located.
After the works, the Primary building will house the new six classrooms of this stage, plus a small space for support, all of them will be located on the first floor.
For the stage of Infantile has been designed a new building with a single floor, which will have 3 new classrooms, 2 adapted toilets, a warehouse and will have an area with outside porch that will communicate the new building with the existing one.
