The Department of Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, directed by Rebeca Pérez, is still working to improve the lighting of the municipality of Murcia and therefore this week is working on Cabezo de Torres, Sangonera la Verde and Murcia.
This week we are working on a project to reinforce and improve street lighting in the main street of Cabezo de Torres.
The part of the existing installation on Calle Cid is being renewed and the lighting on Calle Mayor is completed, with seven more points.
LED type luminaires will be 43W and will be placed on metal poles.
The installed capacity will be 473W and the project budget amounts to 13,490 euros.
Once the contracting process was completed, Elecnor SA was awarded the contract for a final amount of 8,802.74 euros.
Lighting is also being improved in Sangonera la Verde gardens, including the Dulcinea garden and the improvement of lighting in the Palacio Almudí de Murcia is continuing, both works being carried out by Electromur SA
