The City of Murcia Los Olivos Swimming Club is ranked 7th in the Reus 2018 Spanish Open Swimming Masters Championship (09/07/2018)

During the days 5 to 8 of July has been held in the facilities of the Swimming Club Reus Ploms the XXIX Championship of Spain Open Swimming Master 2018 organized by the Royal Spanish Swimming Federation, in a pool of 50 meters and series divided into 8 streets.

684 participants from 134 clubs have met in Reus to decide who are the best in the different categories.

From the City of Murcia-Los Olivos Swimming Club, we have sent 19 swimmers, getting a total of 19 medals: 1 Gold, 10 silvers and 8 bronzes and with 1,450 points, these athletes got the 7th place in the general classification by clubs, thus becoming the first master swimming club in the Region of Murcia.

The women's team reached the 4th position with 523 points and the men's team got the 8th place with 563 points, and this classification must be added mixed relay teams, all, together have achieved the best classification of a Murcia team in this championship of Reus.

Therefore Reus has become a new and followed point in our club.

Our Technical Team has done a great job among the club's master athletes and without a doubt, a good job always ends up getting its reward.

From here, we congratulate the rest of the clubs in the Region of Murcia and the rest of Spain that participated in Reus for their work and delivery and we hope to continue fighting with them in the pools to remain one of the best clubs in Spain.

But above all, I take the opportunity to congratulate all our TEAM formed by each and every one of the swimmers and partners, because together we add and make great the Club Natación Ciudad de Murcia- Los Olivos.
