Now Murcia delivers a proposal for a "clearer and simpler" protocol for those affected by iDental with the intention of being used by Murcia's OMIC (03/07/2018)

Alzamora requests that the City Council, once the protocol is updated, upload it to its website and disseminate it through its social networks, in order to facilitate its efforts to the greatest possible number of affected in our municipality

NOW MURCIA has today delivered to the Department of Commerce a proposal for a "clearer and simpler" protocol for those affected by iDental, with the intention of being used by the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) of Murcia.

The municipal training indicates that the Office continues to deliver the protocol made by the Autonomous Community, which is more confusing and includes as a claim the sending of bureaufax to financial institutions.

Councilman Miguel Angel Alzamora explains that "there are numerous city councils that are using protocols for those affected by iDental in their consumer information offices that we consider appropriate." We have adapted one of them, the San Javier City Council, which we consider easy to read. and comprehension".

Alzamora stresses that the protocol sent by Ahora Murcia to the councilor Maruja Pelegrín, to assess the convenience of using it in the OMIC of Murcia or to adapt it, establishes that the Office itself can collect and send the complaints of those affected, "thus marking clarity and without margin to confusion what are the steps to follow in the claim of their rights, which the City Council, like the rest of the administrations, has to defend ".

The document also omits the recommendation to use burofax.

"The objective," says the mayor, "is to give a better service to the dozens of affected people who come to this Office every day, and who feel as sheltered as possible in these moments that are of great uncertainty for them, and that are generating problems in their health and their economy. "

Now Murcia presented a motion of urgency in the plenary last Thursday concerning the affected of iDental, which demanded the maximum attention from the City Council to those affected in our municipality and an efficient management from the OMIC.

Miguel Angel Alzamora requests that the City Council, once the protocol is updated, upload it to its website and disseminate it through its social networks, in order to facilitate its efforts to the greatest possible number of affected people in our municipality.
