The Municipal Socialist Group has filed with the Nature Protection Service of the Civil Guard (Seprona) a complaint to investigate the existing illegal dump in the Rambla del Valle, an area of ​​high scenic value that is located in the hamlet of La Pool and in which a lot of garbage accumulates.
Enrique Ayuso has lamented and described as "shameful" that "the garbage is accumulated for months without the City Council doing anything to clean up the forest or to claim cleanliness from officials of other administrations" and stressed the importance of this type of landfills and slag heaps that proliferate in the municipality are located "in natural areas of great value."
That is why it demands the mayor, José Ballesta, to give "more attention, vigilance and concern to keep our ravines in good condition, the surroundings of the Segura river and the canals of the municipality".
