The councilor of Cambiemos Murcia, Margarita Guerrero, has denounced today that the Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC) does not have enough staff to guarantee attention to all petitions presented by citizens, both in the center and in the districts.
"This Office is under minimal as regards the number of people working there," said Guerrero, who has insisted that the lack of staff has led to having to suspend visits to parishes since last December, with the damages that entails for neighbors.
Despite this, "the civil service tries to meet all the requests of citizens."
Since the end of last year until now, the central office has less than half the staff that had previously, since neither retirements nor the losses have been covered, it has given rise to claims that have been presented in the last three months that still They have not been able to attend.
Murcia Change has directed an internal communication to the Councilor for Trade, Organization and Institutional Relations, Maria del Carmen Pelegrin, to provide sufficient staff service and ensure effective attention to the claims of citizens in the districts and in the urban nucleus.
