The International University of the Sea will develop next July the High performance course in basketball, which will take place in San Javier.
It is a training dedicated to coaches, students and graduates in physical activity and anyone who is interested in this sport.
The main objective of this course is to bring to the general public the working methods of high level professionals in basketball in an entertaining and didactic way, but with full rigor and depth in the analysis.
This course seeks to complement the formal training of basketball coaches and expand the range of potential recipients.
Thus, not only active and training trainers will be the beneficiaries of this activity, but also anyone interested in better understanding the ins and outs of this sport, whether or not they have previous regulated training in the form of a coach course in any of their levels.
The activity will take place between July 6 and 8 in the Sports Pavilion of San Javier and in the Faculty of Sports Sciences of the University of Murcia, located in the municipality.
One of the speakers who will participate will be the UCAM Murcia CB coach, Ibon Navarro, who will give the inaugural lecture entitled 'Tactical variants from the same initial drawing'.
