Professors of the research group in Health Economics and Economic Evaluation of the UMU, in collaboration with the Murcian Health Service, have organized the eighth 'Regional Health Economics Day', which will take place this Thursday, June 7, at the Morales Meseguer hospital.
As in previous editions, the objective of this activity is to debate ideas, exchange experiences and present some results of recent studies in the field of health economics and health services.
To this end, speakers of recognized prestige at the regional and national levels will present papers and studies related to costs in the health system, health expenditure and its financing.
The day is oriented to a wide audience, which includes management professionals, clinicians with managerial responsibilities, health economists, and all those people committed to founding management decisions on a rigorous basis.
The opening ceremony will be chaired by Luis García Marcos, Vice Chancellor of Health Sciences of the UMU and will take place at 9 o'clock.
