The natural wing of Córdoba, Andrés Alcántara Prieto better known as 'Andresito', and ElPozo Murcia FS have reached an agreement to extend their union ties until June 2021. Thus, the Club makes effective the two optional years available and extends one more season, optional, until June 2021.
The 27-year-old Cordovan has completed a great season in front of El Pozo Murcia FS in which he was raised as one of the top gunners with 23 goals, despite truncating this trajectory at the beginning of April.
Andrés suffered a sprain in his right ankle during a training session and he had to go through the operating room.
A week after the operation, Andresito began the recovery process with the help of the Club's medical team and with the goal of reaching one hundred percent in the preseason, which will start at the beginning of August.
Andrés will face his third season with ElPozo, and with his contract extension he would complete five campaigns with the Club Murcia.
In these two seasons wearing the ElPozo Murcia FS elastic band, he has won two SM El Rey Cups and one Spanish Super Cup, as well as two President FFRM Cups.
Likewise, Andresito is international with the Spanish National Team, combined with the one that was proclaimed European Champion in 2016.
