The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the 'Master Plan for coexistence and improvement of safety in educational centers and their environments', has developed the operation 'LUCANIA' which has culminated with the arrest of a neighbor of The Raal-Murcia, as alleged perpetrator of sexual abuse with carnal access to the daughter of his partner.
The operation was initiated when, as a result of the cooperation established between the Benemérita and the educational centers of the Region, the Civil Guard was alerted by those responsible for an educational center about the appearance of a rumor about a student being forced to maintain sexual relations by her stepfather and that he was gratified by her silence with the delivery of money, which she shared in a disinterested way with some of her companions, to whom on some occasion she had told them the origin of it.
The Civil Guards, specialized in investigating this type of case, made the first inquiries in the environment of the alleged victim, stating that the family was currently composed of the youngest, his mother and the sentimental partner of the latter, also verifying that the The alleged victim, due to his mother's occupation, remained most of the day in the care of his mother's partner.
The agents interviewed the minor, in the presence of her mother, and said that, practically since the sentimental partner of his mother began to live with them almost two years ago, aggressions have been occurring continuously.
Initially they would have originated in touching, but they were increasing forcing him, for a time, to have complete sexual relations.
The agents have arrested and brought to justice the sentimental couple of the mother of the Ecuadorian male victim, 56 years old and resident in Murcia, as the alleged perpetrator of sexual abuse with sexual intercourse.
The arrested and the proceedings have been made available to the Court of Instruction of Murcia.
