Rubén Garre, head of the list of the candidate Activa Podemos and member of the Southern Coastal Circle, explained today that the change of government must involve real solutions for the southern neighborhoods of Murcia, such as the cancellation of administrative fines proceedings covered in the Gag Law.
These statements have taken place in the presentation of the list of this candidacy that aims to renew the Municipal Citizens Council of We Murcia and which are part of the basic people of the formation of residence, members of circles and activists in various social movements (from affected by the mortgage, reception of refugees, burial, feminisms, pensioners, etc).
As Rubén Garre explained, "Activa Podemos proposes a party model that is more open to citizen participation, that strongly supports the struggles of social movements, encourages neighborhood self-organization and enhances the work of neighborhood and district circles" .
He is accompanied on the list by people like Maribel Cabezos, vocalist in Aljucer by Cambiemos Murcia and member of the Costera Sur and Feminisms circles;
José Enrique Ruiz, active labor law professional in several alternative unions, or Conxi Arlandis, psychologist and public school teacher.
As they have stated, the candidature, decidedly feminist, aims to "combat inequality, build unity by accepting diversity, converge democratically with sister political forces and with citizens, defend the rights and public services of all, promote the culture and protect the heritage. "
