Aspanpal closes its 40th Anniversary Regional Conference on Hearing and Language (26/05/2018)

Conchita Ruiz, who directs the Department of Social Rights and Development Cooperation, closes the 40th Anniversary of Aspanpal Regional Conferences on Hearing and Language.

The Association of Parents of Children with Hearing and Language Problems (Aspanpal) is a non-profit organization, declared of public utility, which is federated to the Federation of Associations of Parents with Auditory Sensitive Disabled Children of the Region of Murcia (FASEN ) and confederate to the Spanish Confederation of Families of Deaf People (FIAPAS).

It was constituted in the year 1978, by the concern of some families of Murcia, whose sons and daughters had some type of hearing disability, and as a means of organizing for the attainment of health, educational and social welfare resources.
