Framed within the project 'Woman Avanza' of Radio ECCA, of improvement of the employability and the social-labor integration of women victims of gender violence, the workshop of personal defense that today has been presented, consists of a formation as a master class , totally free, of personal defense, that will be given by accredited professionals to women who participate in the program or have done it before.

The aim of this workshop is "to provide women - in this case participants of the 'Mujer Avanza' program - with the minimum knowledge necessary to avoid a situation of violence that threatens their physical integrity, providing them with tools that can be of great value in situations of violence ", explained Conchita Ruiz.
