The hearing to resolve the claims of the selective process of 30 firefighters will be held on June 15, ahead of schedule 4 months, after addressing this morning the municipal legal services to the room and agree this advance, so that no prejudice is generated for Murcia and they can have the new 30 firefighters working as soon as possible, for the city and available to all Murcia.

The entire selection process has been conducted and carried out by an independent court composed of officials from three different administrations: the Autonomous Community of Murcia, the University of Murcia, and the City of Murcia.

In this way, the legal and personnel services have studied the order and maintain that the court has acted with the maximum guarantees, with total transparency and in accordance with the bases that were negotiated and approved at the negotiating table together with all the unions.

All this is a consequence of the order received today by the Legal Services with a precautionary measure that postpones the beginning of the academy of the finalists of the selection process until the conclusion of the contentious trial that was filed against the third test of the year.

According to the order of the Contentious-Administrative Court number 6, which has resolved this measure after the claim filed by 11 candidates for the resolution of the qualifying court of the third year, the City postpones entry to the academy of the selected until the Court issue your opinion.
