- The councilor Alicia Morales has addressed the Confederación Hidrográfica del Segura and the municipal services sending some images of the pipes that give to the river wall, in the Ronda de Garay area "where a large black spot is observed in the humidity from the exit area of the pipe ".

- The spokeswoman of Now Murcia has asked the City Council to "act effectively on the speck of the Segura River as it passes through the city of Murcia."

NOW MURCIA has asked for explanations for the existence of pipes in the walls of the Segura river through which humidities and possible water outlets can be seen.

The report is accompanied by several photographs that evidence the presence of tubes, open to the wall of the Segura masonry, where the moisture marks and some black spots are observed, a trace of the possible circulation of outflows and substances or particles that contain them.

Councilor Alicia Morales states that "now that the City Council talks about the river and Ballesta presents its photographic montages again and again, it must take real measures to clarify these situations and put an end to the concern for the state of the Segura River and the quality of its waters ".

The mayor has written in writing to the Confederación Hidrográfica del Segura, basin organization in charge of the river, submitting images showing a pipeline leading to the Ronda de Garay, in the area between the Palace of Justice and the Reina Sofia Hospital .

Likewise, Alicia Morales has written to several municipal services, submitting said photographs and requiring that "it is verified where these pipes come from, to prevent them from reaching the Segura dirty water accompanied by uncontrolled substances", and to "attend the citizen's concern for the water quality of the Segura River, as well as acting effectively on the river's mouth as it passes through the city of Murcia.
