El Centro Cultural de Monteagudo celebrates its cultural week and the end of academic year 2009/2010, to meet school choirs, lectures, theater, exhibitions, story-telling for children.
All activities are free.
The program is:
Wednesday, May 19 (morning and evening), School Choirs Regional Meeting, organized by the Public School Our Lady of Antigua, with the participation of nine coral.
Thursday, May 20, at 2015 hours, medical conference 'Prevention of diabetes, hypertension, obesity and stroke and myocardial infarction' by Dr. Francisco Javier Tebar Masso.
Head of Endocrinology and Nutrition, Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca, and Professor of Endocrinology and Nutrition, University of Murcia.
Saturday, May 22, at 20.00, archeology conference 'Islamic Monteagudo Stage' by archaeologist Carmen Martínez Salvador.
Sunday, May 23, at 1900 hours, representing the plays 'The Fisherman' and 'Father Pitillo' by the Theatre Group Monteagudo Senior Center.
Tuesday, May 25, at 20.15, lecture 'Knowledge of children's literature in the world' by the writer Alonso Palacios.
