The City of Murcia is selling a plot of 10,000 square meters destined for the construction of a hospital near New Condomina.
The Governing Board gave its approval to dispose of specifications for a parcel located local facilities in the area of New Condomina Churra, destined for the construction of a hospital, amounting to 9.2 million euros.
The plot has an area of 10,000 square meters and its rating allows it to be aimed at social and educational equipment, including medical applications, healthcare, cultural, public administration or food markets.
Since there are plans to build any community center or other medical on this farm, the City does not see downside for disposal.
As for the economic valuation of this property, the Planning Department has estimated its value at 9.2 million euros, including VAT, with whose income may finance municipal investments.
