The works for the rehabilitation of facades and roofs in the neighborhood of Santa Maria de Gracia are coming to an end.
The Municipal Urbanizadora, Urbamusa, definitely the last awarded for housing rehabilitation works to the Building and Development Joint Venture Contract and Promotions Levante SL and SL Building Fortun.
Specifically, fix the walls and roofs of the blocks 1 to 8 of the neighborhood, with a total of 80 homes.
With these works are fully completed the rehabilitation of roofs and facades of Santa Maria de Gracia.
The works begin in a few days and have a lead time of 6 months.
This work is funded by the Housing and Land Institute of the Autonomous Region (50%), the City of Murcia (25%) and homeowners (25%).
The works have been performed under the agreement signed between the Housing and Land Institute of the Autonomous Region and the Municipality of Murcia for the rehabilitation of blocks 1 to 8 of Santa María de Gracia, and 5 and 20 Vistabella.
In addition, works have started to rehabilitate the roofs and facades of 101 homes in Vistabella, concluding with this work the works in the neighborhood.
Urbamusa also awarded the work to rehabilitate the facades and roofs of about 160 homes in the neighborhood of Los Almendros de La Alberca.
Construction will begin early this year.
The implementation period is 10 months.
