On the one hand, Carpenito-Moyet, who supports the position of NANDA diagnoses commitment to incorporate monitoring and nursing diagnoses.

This would refine the diagnosis in nursing, where nurses would be wholly or partially responsible for the desired results in the patient, among other things, that is, the new definition considers the nursing diagnosis as "clinical trial nurses made over individual responses to conditions vital processes. "

AENTDE position, in which Mary places Girbes, believes that "everything a nurse does not have to derive from a nursing diagnosis, nursing interventions exist for deriving a diagnosis or treatment" and recognizes the importance of implementation .

Therefore not considered appropriate to include surveillance diagnoses and nursing diagnoses, or change the definition of nursing diagnosis.
