Management held tomorrow World Town Planning Day (05/11/2008)

The Planning Department held tomorrow, Thursday November 6, World Town Planning Day with various activities taking place throughout the day.

In the morning, 9.00 am to 13.00 pm and the painting competition held outdoors in the Plaza de Europa.

Participants will have to paint a unique space Murcia taking a photograph as a model.

The painting competition prizes (1,200 and 600 euros) will be delivered at 13.30 in the Plaza de Europa.

In the afternoon we will celebrate the commemorative World Town Planning Day, beginning at 16.45 pm in the Lecture Hall of the City Hall Annex building.

Opening by the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara.

'Spatial Planning and the Environment: its relations with the municipal Urban Planning in the revised Land Law', by Martin Bassols Coma, Professor of Administrative Law and President of the Spanish Association of Urban Law.

Colloquium talk 'The current situation in the housing market.
