Murcia Entrepreneurs consolidate its business model and make the leap to the business market from CIM-M (03/02/2016)

Mayor José Ballesta: "All entrepreneurs who leave the CIM have rented premises to continue their business, have created jobs and some have even made the leap to the international market".

Murcia eight new entrepreneurs begin today to work and develop their business initiatives from the premises of Municipal Initiatives Center (MIC-M).

The mayor stressed that "it is creating an ecosystem of entrepreneurs in Murcia, with real measures to stimulate growth and job creation."

The Mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, said this morning the success of the work developed from the Municipal Initiatives Center (MIC-M) as a springboard for new business models, driven by entrepreneurs Murcia.

"All entrepreneurs who leave the CIM-M have rented offices and premises in Murcia and districts to continue their business, they have created jobs and have even established synergies between them and now share resources and expenses;

one has even made the leap to China, "he said.

The mayor delivered a distinction in recognition of his work to the seven entrepreneurs who have occupied their offices in the CIM for a maximum period of three years, a period in which they have had the opportunity to develop their business model, and prosper generating a total of 17 jobs.

Currently, the CIM-M has three distinct areas: Business Area, with offices for entrepreneurs;

Incubator Zone, where future entrepreneurs shape their business ideas;

New companies that begin today its journey from the city center are: Semymas (SEM, SEO and web design), consulting Alancis Cloud), The Great Data (Business Intelligence), Babel Architects (Architecture), Murciasecome (food trade) 1976 Experience and Travel (travel agency), Take off Global (trade mentoring), Deborah Brocal Valiente (photography).

Extension of CIM-M, neighborhood nurseries and industrial micronaves

The Mayor said that the City Council is working to expand the CIM-M, both the number of companies, such as square meters and type of activity.

"We are also looking for possibilities in the districts, to yield municipal open spaces and neighborhood nurseries and established new businesses and encourage industry to the sale of micronaves in industrial estates," he said.
