Murcia City Council has approved the tender documents for the procurement of the placement service of 20,000 chairs and stands in the Easter parades, Spring Festival, Moros y Cristianos and September Fair.
The winning company providing the service shall enter the city of Murcia the amount of 113,000 euros for the installation of seats in the main streets of town.

The Board of Governors approved the tender documents for procurement of 20,000 service placing chairs and bleachers during the Easter parades, Spring Festivals, September Fair and Parade of Moors and Christians in the city of Murcia where there will be a space for people with disabilities.
The Session is a priority that all major celebrations and events held throughout the year in Murcia are open to all citizens.
The winning company providing this service, you must enter the city of Murcia in amount of 113,000 euros for the installation of seats in each of the streets and squares, to be held following the instructions of the City of Murcia and the Municipal Police.
Furthermore, the improvement of new technologies will be assessed to facilitate the sale of seats to the public, as the existence of servers with more capacity to avoid collapses and different sales channels such as mobile applications.
Also the company will lower the price of the chair with respect to other years.
The contractor undertakes to respect and properly signaling emergency steps corresponding to each parade, marked by local police and civil protection, in which no chairs or bleachers will be installed.
