Alcohol remains the most consumed among adolescents aged between 14 and 18 substance.

From City numerous actions within the Municipal Drug Plan to prevent underage alcohol consumption are made

The City of Murcia, through the Department of Sports and Health, which runs Felipe Coello, has launched an awareness campaign on alcohol consumption in minors and the risks to the physical, mental and social health.

The health minister, stressed that, according to data from the last school survey, "alcohol remains the most consumed among young people aged between 14 and 18 substance, being the age at 13 years ".

Thus, 81.4 percent reported having consumed alcohol at some time in life, 73.0 percent in the last 12 months and 59.7 percent in the last 30 days.

As for the amount of alcohol consumed (5 or more vessels), has experienced a significant increase, from 30.8 percent in 2006 to 42.7 percent in 2008, the most consumed beverages or mixed drinks combined purposes weekend and weekday beer or cider.
