In the course of the inauguration this morning of the XIV International Festival Volunteer, President of the Catholic University of Murcia, José Luis Mendoza, has appealed to the Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, to "change the law on abortion and leave to fund abortion clinics and disappear from Spain ".
