The Socialist Party calls for the contract for the management of taxes is extended until after the elections (13/01/2015)

Councilman Juan Patricio Castro Socialist Group PP again require an extension of the contract for the management of taxes until after the local elections to be the next government to take such a momentous decision and that, undoubtedly, will mortgage municipal coffers with a slab of 31 million euros for a service that should be public again

In addition to defending the need for such management is assumed again for City officials, Castro recalls that "we are a few months before the elections and talked about a millionaire contract and a completely flawed competition from the beginning, a suit designed boldly for the company Tribugest. "

Touches of attention

"In three months is difficult to terminate a contract that is generating so much doubt," said the mayor of the PSOE, who again mentioning the clarion call given by the Central Court of the Contracting he threw back the specifications of the new contract for infringement of free competition;

and forced the council to change it up and down, and once changed had to intervene municipal contracting services because they returned to cause failure in terms of competition.

In the current situation Castro insists it is reasonable to consider an extension of the contract until the elections and be the next government that emerges from the elections to decide what to do with the management of municipal taxes.

In this sense, the Socialist councilor says that privatization of this service is a luxury that a municipality can not afford, and returns to defend the service is again local.
