The Campus of San Antonio Catholic University UCAM Murcia today received the visit of the Director General of Hefame, Javier Lopez, who has shared the major strategic commitment undertaken since his company to reduce costs and increase efficiency business management, necessary to adapt to changing market model.
The conference is framed in the cycle of debate and discussion 'The University and the New Economy', and has been organized by elITM Institute of Technology UCAM Murcia.
In this Second Day coordinated by the International Chair New Entrepreneurship, have spoken, by the rapporteur, Executive Director of ITM, Juan Hernández Albarracín;
and the Dean of the Degree in Business Administration from the UCAM, W. Gonzalo Fernández de Bobadilla.
During his speech, Javier López, stressed the role of new technologies in the optimization and upgrading of management, allowing them to be more competitive and efficient in a model of changing market like this.
He also noted that innovation, coordination in the management of new projects and monitoring of key operating indicators are success factors in implementing strategic changes in the company.
In turn, optimization processes carried out, have generated new business lines previously unknown, thus diversifying the sources of income of the company.
