A conference on the geopolitical impact of the foundation of the Islamic Caliphate, given by Lieutenant Colonel Francisco José Berenguer, principal analyst at the Institute for Strategic Studies Spanish, inaugurated the seminar organized by the Ministry of Defence in collaboration with the University of Murcia.

The opening of the seminar, entitled "Towards a global geopolitical reorganization: military and socio perspective", was held at the Royal Cultural City Casino Murcia, the rector act presided Transfer, Entrepreneurship and Employment, Francisca Thomas, and the delegate of the Ministry of Defense in the region, Juan Manuel Bayo.

The seminar is led by Professor of the Department of Human Anatomy and Psychobiology, University of Murcia María Trinidad Herrero.
