Murcia is attractive in the eyes of the Chinese market as a tourist destination and manages its future adaptation to the needs of potential visitors from China.

The Councillor for Institutional Relations, Joaquín Moya-Angeler, met last November 26 in Seville, with representatives of the Chinese Friendly International -Meeting of Spanish businesses and tourist destinations with the Delegation of Beijing Tourism Group Wanda while visiting Spain- .

On this occasion, the cities of Murcia, Jerez de la Frontera and Alcazar de San Juan had the opportunity to present themselves as tourist destinations to attract Chinese tourists.

The aim of the council who runs Moya-Angeler is to place the city of Murcia within the business elite of the country and thereby achieve an important position in the tourism sector in China within the framework of Murcia International City.

Joaquín Moya-Angeler met at the Chamber of Commerce of Seville with senior executives of the major Asian company chief among them:

Among other matters, the council and four representatives of Wanda group discussed the possibility of joining Murcia cities "Chinese friendly cities" so that our city will join a chain certifying that is adapted to the Chinese economy;

push through Iberochino Institute and Dalian Wanda, the course "Chinese Tourism Management" to entrepreneurs, and students of the branch of business administration and economics and a course aimed at managers of hotels in the city of Murcia to welcome the Chinese tourists, as well as getting the management of the Chinese language, along with a "Chinese course protocol Business".
