President of the Community, Alberto Garre, today visited the facilities of the Therapeutic Community Project Man in Murcia hamlet of El Palmar, one of three centers it has in the region of Murcia, with the Day Care Centers Murcia and Caravaca de la Cruz, this non-profit institution for treatment and prevention of addiction.
The regional chief executive, accompanied by the President of the Board Proyecto Hombre, Tom Zamora, director of Proyecto Hombre, Asuncion Santos, Member of the Board, and the Minister of Health and Social Policy, Catherine Lawrence, toured the premises of the center which has 40 residential places, 12 of which were funded by the Health Service of Murcia.
Proyecto Hombre account Murcia with 110 volunteers and a staff of 25 employees including integrated psychologists, social workers, teachers, therapists, etc. teams, whose members also participate in some of the training activities that are organized by the Ministry Health and Social Policy in the addictions.
