You can catch the runoff from all watercourses that intersect, the main those of Espinardo, the strut, Churra and Cabeza de Torres.

Water abstractions are performed in two different ways.

In some cases, as in the Rambla de Churra or has been executed in the North Coast, the feedback is handled directly by a well located next to stormwater interceptor and serves to channel the water into.

In other cases a branch leaving the interceptor and serves to guide the promenade, as for example with the promenade Payment Obispo, parallel to Avenida Juan de Borbón is performed.

In recent years we have executed three sections of the Special Plan for Water Infrastructure in the Northern Zone, corresponding to the area of economic and commercial activity, and two sections on the North Coast, including Juan Carlos I and Juan de Borbón, funded City Council with a cost of 8 million euros.

The part corresponding to the CHS is the section of main sewer extending from the mouth of wadi Espinardo and download Segura River, with a length of 3.5 Km. Tunnel are planned for sections 1 and 2, while the third section is performed with drawers.
