Christian food has been chosen this morning to pay tribute to the Moors and Christians in the Cultural Hall Gastronomic Raimundo González, during the September Fair of Murcia.
In addition to the development of Murcia typical recipes, classroom managers have wanted to make a brief tour of the history of Spanish cuisine.
Delia Ruiz-Funes Torrano (Taller de Cocinoterapia) has dedicated his cooking class Christian cuisine, making the following dishes:
- Shoes with anchovies tasting and tasting of traditional seafaring Murcia.
During the development of these caps, explained the origin of salting and why it was made in the past.
- Pork tenderloin with apple sauce.
It has been another tapas to taste.
- The blancmange dessert has been selected to close the Christian tasting.

Ruiz-Funes Torrano has also offered a brief introduction to the origin and the typical products of the Christian meal.
With this tribute to the Moors and Christians, the Cultural Hall Gastronomic Raimundo Gonzalez closes its season until next October.
