The purpose of this Plan is to establish performance measures that since municipal Telecare Service will be performed to prevent, minimize and address the effects on the health of the people using the service can cause extreme temperatures.

Among the preventive measures apply to all users of the Telecare service, include the following:

- Recommendations to avoid or reduce the impact of extreme temperatures on health: these recommendations are provided from the Central and delivered as a booklet to all the users visited by professionals Telecare service (Zone Coordinators, Mobile Unit installers and technicians).
