'Stories of the Cathedral of Murcia' Ana Gomez and 'Dear mar', Alejandra Alcaraz, are the stories that have been winners 'Murcia 100 words', an event organized by the Association for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities Intellectual.
In addition to the two authors who have won the award, three other students Capacitas UCAM program have been finalists.
The contest, which this year celebrated its second year, aims to create inclusive settings for people with disabilities and give them the possibility to express freely their city and their immediate environment about.
The jury was composed of writers Jerome and Martha Tristante Zafrilla, and the director of CEED Santo Cristo de la Misericordia, Lucia Diaz.
All 2nd year students have participated Capacitas with short stories about Murcia in the competition, with five finalists and two the winners.
The Capacitas program at the Catholic University of Murcia, developed by the German Socio Montoro Chair for Inclusion of People with Intellectual Disabilities, working with these students to give them the opportunity to train to perform the work of a professional job and at the same time to promote the business in the accessibility of these youth organizations.
