Victor Maña wins XVIII Novel Prize Vargas Llosa (04/12/2013)

The book "Memories of love in that war," Victor Maña, has won the Novel Prize XVIII Vargas Llosa, who calls the University of Murcia, Caja Mediterráneo Social Work and the Chair Vargas Llosa Library Foundation Virtual Miguel de Cervantes.

The prize, worth 12,000 euros, 171 original from 18 countries, including the United States, Brazil, Israel, Mexico, United Kingdom and France were presented.

Victor Maña (Cádiz, 1960), professor of Italian at the Official Language School of Málaga, has previously won the novel prize Café Gijón, with his "From the rain of fire" (editorial Algaida, 2001), and was finalist Short Novel of Valladolid with "Life as a desire" (editorial Arguval, 2003).

The jury was formed by Francisco Florit, chairman; Puértolas Soledad, Juan Jesús Armas Marcelo José María Pozuelo Yvancos and Germán García-Vega Luengos.
